Pitchfork Music Festival 2016: A Playlist

This year’s Pitchfork Music Festival is only one week away. From July 15-17, Chicago’s Union Park will host Sufjan Stevens, Brian Wilson, Miguel, Broken Social Scene, Beach House, FKA twigs, Savages, Blood Orange, Carly Rae Jepsen, Anderson .Paak, and many more. The set times have been announced, and we’ve broken down the lineup by the numbers. All that’s still needed is something to listen to while anticipating that trip to the West Loop, whether you’re arriving from Chicago or the other side of the country. Here’s a playlist—on Spotify and Apple Music—highlighting one track from each artist on the lineup, with a bias toward newer material or music they’ve recently performed live. Happy listening, and see you very soon.
